Duties / Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative is responsible for the sales activity of designated product line including the following responsibilities:
- Must be a self-starter, have good communication skills, and be people orientated.
- Maintain customer data using available computer programs and other sources including quote log.
- Establish and support OEM, Dealer and Representative networks for the Summit and TeleChief lines.
- Identify and establish new customer (End users).
- Provide technical support for existing customers, new customer including the Dealer, OEM and Reps.
- Organize and conduct training sessions with the End-user, Dealer, OEM and Representative networks to optimize product exposure to end-user.
- Network and gather industry intelligence and report back to the Sales Manager or VP Sales and Marketing.
- Establish and annual forecast and marketing plan for his/her product specialty.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive activities, market trends and customer purchasing practices.
- Maintain high level of liaison between various departments ensuring that the Sales Department is kept current on any developments that may affect the on-time delivery of finished products.
- Must maintain a professional dress code and conduct themselves in a professional like manner at all times.
- Responsible for a summary of sales calls (trip report/sale call report/inventory report), and expense reports.
- Must read, acknowledge and follow company policies written in the current employee manual.
- Responsible for following the requirements of the Quality Management System.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to deal with a variety of customers on a daily basis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
- Analytical/Mathematical skills.
- Proficient with PC software i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of basic electronics with the ability to read schematics helpful.
Credentials and Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in sales/electronics.
- A minimum of a 4-yr. degree in related field or work experience may be taken into consideration by mgmt.
- Have an understanding of Wireless Solutions using Radio Remote Technology.
- Have an understanding of the Material Handling Industry and other associated industries.

Career Opportunity: Stockroom Clerk
Control Chief is looking for a Stock Room Clerk for our team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible/Accountable for the overall operation of the Stockroom to include:
- Picking parts for all Job orders.
- Distributes parts to the proper work center.
- Miscellaneous issuing of parts to Engineering, Product Service etc.
- Authorizing and recording short term loaning of parts.
- Receiving into inventory all jobs processed from Quality Control
- Assists in preparing for yearend inventory.
- Performs Data entry before parts leave the stockroom for:
- Job issues
- Miscellaneous issues
- Move to inventory
- Accurately Bags and Tags parts when placing on the shelves and in Job bins.
- Organizes the stockroom layout and creates road map for overstocked items
- Notifies supervisor of any problems associated with the inventory.
- May be required to perform other duties as directed by management.
- Sub assembly
- Shipping/receiving
- Other clerical tasks
- Must strictly follow ESD standards and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Have ability to carry work materials and associated parts short distances.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
Credentials and Experience:
- Must have good computer skills and have a basic understanding of Microsoft office.
- Manufacturing background and ERP software experience is desirable.
Special Requirements:
- Continual self-improvement courses, internal training or seminars may be required at management’s discretion.
- Responsible for stockroom safety and cleanliness.
- Represent the stockroom as part of our Production team

Duties / Responsibilities: Various engineering tasks, to include but not limited to:
- Support manufacturing with drawings and answering questions.
- Produce documentation at an Application-level
- PLC programming, configuration and software support.
- Standard product configuration and production support.
- Project Engineering Support
- Development Engineering Support
- Responsible for following the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds when required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- AutoCAD Experience
- Electrical Engineering Principles (Prints, Analog and Digital circuits)
- PLC/HMI Knowledge
- Working Knowledge of Industrial electrical equipment & controls
Credentials and Experience:
- Associate (Preferred) or equivalent experience
License/Certification:
- BS Degree in Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Exposure / familiarity with PLC ladder logic and/or C/C++ programing
- 2 years or more experience in industry through internship and/or equivalent
Special Requirements:
- May be required to perform jobs other than those listed.
- Attend all required internal/external training as required for continued self-improvement
- Present a “TEAM” attitude within the organization.
- Responsible for area safety and cleanliness.
