Assembler
Control Chief is looking for an Assembler for our team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Solder, wire and perform intricate component assemblies.
- Use simple tools, machines and test fixtures.
- Perform repetitive assembly operations.
- Work from verbal and written instructions and assembly prints and follow visual aids.
- Inform supervisor of problems and/or potential problems with equipment, parts or instructions.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform operations associated with the assembly area.
- Responsible for accuracy of work.
- Conform to workmanship standards.
- Repair productions, assemblies, parts, etc.
- Completing required reports and paperwork.
- Fit parts to very close tolerances.
- Mount and connect electronic components.
- Make final adjustments.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Responsible for following the requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Assignments will be in, but not limited to, the following departments: Sub assembly, Metal Shop, Final assembly, QC, Stockroom
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Manual Dexterity.
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must physically be able to do repetitive operations.
- Must understand and comply with ESD standards and procedures.
- Must be able to lift and carry (up to 50 lbs.) work materials and associated parts short distances.
- Able to communicate effectively with Supervisors, lead people and other coworkers.
- Must be able to differentiate colors and be able to see and identify small electronic components.
- May be required to use magnifiers, eye loupes and microscopes.
Credentials and Experience:
- Experience related to electronic and mechanical assembly, and inspection that will allow the performance of the duties associated with this position
Special Requirements:
- Continual self-improvement courses, internal training or seminars may be required at management’s discretion.
- May be required to perform jobs other than those listed.

QA Inspector
Control Chief is searching for a Quality Inspector who can uphold the safety policies our company has created to ensure all products meet quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for the inspection of products at various stages of production. Previous experience in Manufacturing is a plus.
Some Duties / Responsibilities / Special Requirements:
- Use manufacturing tools, machines, or associated equipment to perform duties
- QA inspection of Final Systems/stock parts to ensure they conform to all relevant Control Chief standards and customer requirements.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Electronics Technicians will assemble, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic components and systems.
The ideal candidate will posses knowledge of specialized test equipment such as digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes. Knowledge of relay logic and PLC programming is a plus.

Field Service Technician
Control Chief Corporation is an electronics manufacturing company based in Bradford, PA that designs, manufactures and services wireless control systems. Control Chief Corporation is seeking an Field Service Technician to join our team.
Our field service technicians will be required to travel to customer locations (within the continental U.S. and Canada), install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot and provide technical training on Control Chief’s equipment.
Applicant must be able to read and understand engineering schematics and wiring diagrams as well as possess a clear understanding of industrial control electronics. RF knowledge, familiarization with pneumatics and PLC knowledge is a plus. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and well organized.
